Metallic

Hi everyone!

To those of you that have read my previous posts, didn't I warn you that I'll be living in oversized jumpers, knits, and cardigans this season? This Cardigan is my absolute favourite item in my wardrobe at the moment! You can dress it up or down and it matches with literally everything else I own! You must get your hands on a Midi Cardigan for this season as it is a must-have for the cooler months.

I hope you've noticed that most of my posts lately have one item that stands out - The Clutchbag/ Crossbody from Tory Burch! Not only have I been absolutely loving this bag but I also wanted to show how one item can pull so many outfits together. I used to buy so many accessories that I never used that cluttered my wardrobe but now I only invest in the pieces that I absolutely love and can pair up with anything and everything. Taking a minimalist approach is the best decision I've ever made!

Hope you're enjoying your week!

Love always,
Nethmi

Ripped Jeans are a must have for A/W of 2015, and I'm absolutely in love with this Black pair from TopShop. I'm sure I'll be purchasing a pair soon. It's so easy to style for casual days with flats or for nights with a pair of heels.

The Louis Vuitton Scarf is definitely on my wish list for the upcoming season. I love everything about it, from the fabric to the colour.

The Chanel Eyeshadow Squad is also an essential that needs to be added to my Make-Up collection as these are the colours that I wear on an everyday basis.

I have yet to purchase a pair of Sunglasses from Quay and what better than the classic Cat-Eye shaped ones?

I have always been a Rose Gold lover, and I think this bracelet is gorgeous. I love the Black detail on it as well!

And the Christian Louboutin Heels, well ladies, does this even need an explanation?

Jump In

It's the last day of Summer here in Australia already, can you believe it? I'm still reeling from the fact that 2 months of this year has already passed. While this hasn't been the greatest Summer, with more gloomy days than I could count, I am looking forward to Autumn/Winter of 2015. Mostly because it means that it's time to upgrade my wardrobe. I'll be living in warm oversized knits, shirts, coats and leather jackets and I'm sure my blog will reflect that over the coming weeks.

In the meantime though, I hope you enjoy this look that I threw together for a casual shopping and dinner date. The jumpsuit is an oldie from Dotti and is sadly sold out. It's definitely a keeper because I love its print. You can never really go wrong with monochrome! Pair it with a cute clutch and heels and you're good to head out the door.

Are you looking forward to the cold weather coming up? Hey, at least it means there's just another excuse to grab a hot coffee in the mornings! Or any time of the day really.

Lots of love!

Rouge Volupte

I'm a huge fan of Yves Saint Laurent. In fact it's probably my favourite luxury brand! So I thought I'll do a review of two of my favourite lipsticks, the YSL Rouge Volupte Silky Sensual Radiant Lipstick in #003 Medium Beige and the YSL Rouge Volupte Shine in #016 Orange Impertinent.

The #003 Medium Beige is the perfect nude lipstick. It has more of a Brown tint than Pink that comes with many nude lipsticks. It's oh so very creamy but is more matte. It hardly has a shine. It lasts for a good 3 hours but I always do retouch it whenever I get a chance.

The #016 Orange Impertinent has a beautiful shimmer as it's from the Rouge Volupte Shine range. It's a beautiful Orange shade that also has a hint of Pink. It's the perfect shade for Spring and Summer and again, lasts for about 3 hours.

As I always have my lipsticks handy and retouch it when I need, I don't find the time that it lasts to be a problem. However, if you're after a lipstick that lasts a good amount of time, I wouldn't choose the YSL lipsticks.

If you do purchase these, let me know what you think!

With Love

Hi there my lovelies,

As I have mentioned in one of my previous posts, I'm one of the girls that love the theme of Pink or Red for Valentine's Day, so I have gone with that colour scheme to give you some inspiration on how to use these colours in your wardrobe for V-Day coming up!

This look is feminine, perfect for both going on a date or going out with friends. The nude coloured heels and silver necklace ensures that the focus is on the dress to really make the piece stand out.

Whatever colour you decide to dress in, I hope you have an amazing day, whether you're spending it with that special someone, spending it with your bestfriends or even spoiling yourself!

With love,
Nethmi
