Basics

Hi lovelies!

Here is a look I threw together for work, but is also perfect for a night out! Every girl needs these basics in her wardrobe; black pants, a neutral tank and black heels!

The Wide Leg Pants are from Forever New and are unfortunately sold out. You'll be able to find a similar pair from TopShop, ASOS, Portmans, Kookai or Cue.

Hope you like this look!

Lots of love,

Friday

Hi everyone!

Here is one of my casual looks that I wore last Friday! I love dressing up so the only time you'll ever see me rock casual is probably when I'm at Uni or on a Friday afternoon. I love getting dressed up whenever I can because it makes me feel confident and motivated when I'm looking my best.

One thing I'm sure you'll definitely notice today is my new short hair! Yes I did the big chop! I did this to donate my hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths to put towards making and giving free wigs for Cancer patients. It's such a worthwhile cause and I have been wanting to donate it for a very long time, which is why I grew out my hair and did my best to maintain it. I was able to donate 14 inches worth of hair and doing that has been one of the best feelings I've ever experienced! I'll be doing some posts on how to style short hair soon. It's a big change, but one that I'm definitely very happy with.

BEAUTY FAVOURITES

Hi darlings!

I know that on my Instagram I said I'll be posting my holy grail beauty products over the weekend, but I had a family emergency and didn't have the opportunity nor the heart to be on my laptop. I apologise for the delay.

Without further ado, meet my current beauty favourites!

Eyeliner: Ink for Eyes, Urban Decay
Tinted Moisturiser: Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser, Nars (Shade: Cuba)
Foundation Brush: Good Karma Optical Blending Brush, Urban Decay

If you're anything like me and you're hardly ever home and used to wearing foundation almost every day, then meet your new best friend - Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser. I grew tired of having to wear foundation every day and I was worried about the damage that the build of make up was doing to my skin. So I've been on the hunt for a good tinted moisturiser for some time. After trying out several, I've finally found one that I'm happy with. This bad boy provides quite a bit of coverage compared to other tinted moisturisers that I have tried. So when I put this on and head out the door, I know that I can feel just as confident as I would have if I was wearing my foundation, because while it hydrates my skin, it does an amazing job of covering any spots that I might feel insecure about.

Let me just say, thank you Mecca for FINALLY bringing Urban Decay to Australia and answering our prayers! The Urban Decay Good Karma Optical Blending Brush is quite possibly the most amazing brush I've ever owned. It does such a great job of blending that you always only need a little bit of product. It gives you a flawless finish and I prefer this so much more than my previous brush, which was the Real Techniques Pointed Foundation Brush. The only bad thing about the Urban Decay one is that it's harder to reach the corners near my eyes, but I use my Real Techniques brush for that, basically the best of both worlds.

The Urban Decay Ink for Eyes liquid eyeliner is the best eyeliner you'll ever find, I guarantee it! It dries up fast and is so easy to put on. I'm not an expert at putting on eyeliner, but with this, making the perfect cat-eye becomes the easiest thing that I've ever done. Do give it a go because I promise, you won't regret it!

Let me know if you try these products and what you think!

Lots of love,
Neth
